Junior Consulting Projects are an efficient response to any corporate issue you may be facing.
In teams of 3 to 4, on a full-time basis over 3 to 5 weeks, our students will provide short-term extra help to launch new projects, put processes in place, look into concepts… Their outlook will allow you consider new methods and solutions.
Principles and key steps
- Step 1: Definition of the needs with the company
- Step 2: Drafting brief specifications with the company and validation from the school
- Step 3: Launching the consulting assignment
- Step 4: Consulting in progress and monitoring tutorials at the school
- Step 5: Final jury with a 100% professional panel/Submission of recommendations and evaluation

- Market Study: a market study prior to launching a leisure centre
- Organisational Diagnosis: analysing a production line to obtain ISO certification
- Optimisation of the Supply Chain: carrying out a carbon footprint assessment for intra-warehouse flows
- Starting a business: supporting a start-up project in ecological transport
- Marketing / Sales: customer mapping and redefining sales territories
Challenges
Challenges are a fast solution to generate ideas to allow you to optimise your decision-making. You submit your issue to a whole student cohort.
In teams of 3 or 4, on a full-time basis over 10 days, students analyse, finalise specific recommendations that are submitted to you. It is then up to you to elect the best team on the basis of the relevance and pragmatism of their recommendations.
