Elian Pilvin to succeed Jean-Guy Bernard as Director General of EM Normandie

School's life

François Raoul-Duval, the Chairman of the EM Normandie Board of Directors, has appointed Elian Pilvin, the School’s current Director of Operations and Development, as the future Director General of EM Normandie. This decision has been approved by the Board of Directors and Elian Pilvin will succeed Jean-Guy Bernard, the School’s Director General since 2004, who is to retire in a few months.

As Jean-Guy Bernard remarked, ‘The appointment of Elian Pilvin ensures continuity as he knows our School perfectly and has markedly contributed to its development during these last years working with me. Furthermore, Elian is very committed to the School as an Alumnus and former President of the Alumni Network at the time we achieved the merger of the School and started the new Alumni EM Normandie. Both very close to the business organisation world through his entrepreneurial experience in France and in the world, and equipped with a first- rate academic training, Elian distinguishes himself with his expertise in strategy and management, his managerial experience and his competencies in the field of new technologies with high added value applied to Higher Education. I have no doubt whatsoever he will be able to federate both our academic and administration teams and share with them his ambitious project for the School at the service of our students’.
