EM Normandie’s Bachelor International Management is a short course designed to boost your employability in a resolutely international market. Specific multidisciplinary teaching, a wide diversity of experiences in companies, very open globally: depending on your access level, you can obtain all the knowledge necessary to start your career as a middle manager in the space of one or three years. The official Bac+3 qualification and the Bachelor’s Degree moreover guarantee that your qualification will be recognised the world over can, if you so wish, open the door for you to continue on to a Master’s Degree.

The construction of your professional project begins as soon as you join the school with a two-day seminar and meetings throughout the year. Discover online tools (tutorials, tools, applications), learn how to promote your talents and how to pitch, identify your motivational levers, learn about business sectors and professions from professionals and graduates at the Career Workshops, write an effective CV... You can also access French and international job boards with internship, work-study and employment offers.

The third year of the Bachelor International Management is an opportunity to finalise your professional profile. To help you get to know yourself better, develop your attractiveness and enhance your talents, the Career Path (Parcours Carrière) provides you with personal development tools and workshops to help you develop your network, enhance your CV and prepare for interviews. Above all, it gives you the keys to finding your way.

My Talent Check

How can you enhance your profile and your EM Normandie Experience? This is the essential question that My Talent Check prepares you for. Offered to all BMI3 students and supervised by recruitment specialists, this individual and personalised interview enables you to test your ability to conduct a job interview and to highlight your experience and express who you are as an individual: your talents, your motivational factors and your values.

Evaluation criteria for the course

All components of the student's education are evaluated: academic learnings, internships, missions, challenges, dissertations, study stays in partner universities. For academic learnings, continuous assessment generally accounts for 40% and the final exam accounts for the remaining 60%. Evaluations may also take the form of case studies, role-playing, group work, etc. Professionalisation (work-study, internships, missions, challenges) and, where appropriate, the corresponding report, will be evaluated jointly by the teaching team and the company.

Admission

I hold a foreign diploma: access by application file

The programme is open to students under 22 years old holding or are in the process of validating a non-French Baccalaureate diploma, or equivalent.

No English language test score is required for students holding a degree from an English-speaking university. For other applicants, language requirements are: TOEIC 750, IELTS 5, TOEFL 72.

Due to the covid-19 situation and the closure of some Exams Centres, we do offer the possibility for the candidate to take a Language Test online, don’t hesitate to contact us for more information : applyto@em-normandie.fr.

User's guide for application form

Admission Procedure

Selection based on examination of the application file: seriousness of the application, quality of the academic and/or professional profile.
Remote interview with an academic advisor: to find out more about the applicant, his/her plans and objectives. The admission decision (admitted, refused) is made a few days after the interview.
Admitted candidates receive a formal e-mail inviting them to pay a deposit (deductible from tuition fees), which enables them to reserve their place on the programme and triggers a final letter of acceptance.

your most recent diploma,
your transcripts from previous years and your certificate of enrolment for the current year,
your covering letter,
a copy of your ID (front and back) or passport,

In addition to the EM Normandie application form, international candidates must approach their local Campus France office to facilitate the process of obtaining their visa. Once the down payment has been received, the School will help International students with their visa procedures and search for accommodation.
