Presentation

Dung Nguyen is an Assistant Professor in operations and logistics management and she joined EM Normandie in 2025 after completing a postdoctoral fellowship at the school, where she contributed to the Sustainable Urban Delivery (SUD) project funded by the ANR and FWF. She holds a PhD in Operations Management and Logistics from Kühne Logistics University (Germany) awareded in 2025. Atlantique. Her dissertation, developed in collaboration with KEDGE Business School and industry partners, focused on the design of omnichannel distribution networks, integrating customer behavior and empirical methods. During her PhD, she taught at KEDGE Business School in supply chain, operations, and analytics programs, and supervised numerous Master theses and applied projects. She also gained professional experience in logistics and project management at KOICA and Sephora. Her research focuses on supply chain network design, sustainable last-mile delivery, and data-driven decision-making. Her work has been presented at international conferences (POMS, MSOM, INFORMS TSL, EURO VeRoLog, ISIR, EWG Retail) and published in academic journals such as the International Journal of Production Economics (IJPE).
