EM Normandie has joined the CFA Institute University Affiliation Programme with its Master in Management, with a specialisation in Finance. This accreditation ensures that the course is aligned with the requirements of the CFA Programme and prepares students, through a work-study programme, for the CFA exams and for careers in finance and investment.

A study by Delphine Minchella, a professor-researcher at EM Normandie, shows that the phenomenon of candidates ghosting is not a matter of rudeness. It is a reaction to recruitment practices perceived as disrespectful. Having been affected by negative experiences, some see it as an act of resistance.

Of the 15 post-baccalaureate business schools offering Master’s degrees, EM Normandie’s Master in Management (PGE) ranks among the top three.
