- 6 on the Paris campus and 1 on the Oxford campus (it is possible to attend the seminars remotely).
- 3 seminars in the 1st year, 3 in the 2nd year, and 1 in the 3rd year.

DBA Thesis
The DBA thesis constitutes practice-oriented research that addresses a significant managerial challenge through rigorous academic methodology. It is expected to provide strategic recommendations, contribute new knowledge, and generate meaningful impact at the organizational and/or societal level.
Pre-requisites
- Master’s degree (including MBA and EMBA) with at least 5 years of professional experience.
- Bachelor degree (or equivalent) with at least 8 years of professional experience.
- Or an equivalent professional qualification for candidates with the potential to meet the learning and research requirements of the programme.
- B2-level English for the English programme

- To enter the programme, an initial selection of applications is made, followed by an interview.

In order for students to benefit from optimal learning conditions, the number of places available in each programme session is limited. Available places are reviewed after each admission session. Whenever a cohort is full, admissions for the programme are closed.

Fundings
Various options are offered to students to fund their studies:
- Grants: Campus France
- Country of origin scholarships for international students
- Paid student jobs offered by the School’s Junior Enterprise and Jobs Services
Tuition fees: €30,000
Tuition fees include the membership fee for EM Normandie Alumni Association, which gives you access to all services and a life membership.
Early Bird: Registrations completed before April 30, 2026, are eligible for a 10% discount on the full tuition.
