What is IPER?
IPER is a unique professional training organisation in the French-speaking world. Created in 1977 by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Le Havre and the port of Le Havre, it has become the specialist in the continuous training of executives in the maritime, port and logistics sector.
Its catalogue training courses are given in French or English, in Le Havre or abroad and are based on three main themes: port works, management, and port operations.
