    The strength of EM Normandie is based on a powerful community of 23,000 members, graduates and students. This dynamic, long-lasting and supportive circle cultivates the network spirit and lives to the rhythm of the regular meetings offered by the Alumni Association.
    More than 50 festive events and webinars are organised each year in France and abroad: Gala, Open Talks, Business Drinks, Business Workshops ... promoting meetings between students, young graduates, entrepreneurs and experts.

      The Student pathway

      During your studies, develop your network and get your jobs, internships and work-study programmes by participating in the 400+ recruitment events organised each year: job workshops, Job Meetup, short internship forums, work-study Job Dating, career webinars, ...
      As part of the Career Path, you can benefit from support throughout your studies. Through coaching sessions and workshops, learn to identify your skills, your values and your motivations to better orient yourself and build a personal and professional project that suits you.

      The Young Alumni Pathway

      Continue to benefit from the Career Pathway scheme for up to two years after graduation and land your dream job in your chosen field.
      Tools are available to help you in your search, such as coaching sessions with a recruitment specialist, tutorials and online resources.
      On platforms dedicated to recruitment in France and abroad, access the network's job offers and benefit from valuable advice in writing your applications and preparing your participation in Jobs Datings.
      A skills assessment tool is also available to help you take stock of your career path. Based on the network's positive feedback, it allows you to consider actions to be taken to improve your job, change jobs or sectors, or become an entrepreneur.

      The Entrepreneurs Club, created in 2016, brings together business leaders who come to share their experience with students and graduates of the network around thematic events: meetings, breakfasts, dinners, etc.

      The Expert pathway

      Working professionals have the possibility of returning to their studies within the framework of continuing education to strengthen their skills in a specific field: marketing, business, project management, community management, etc.

    During your studies, increase your professional experience by accessing a job board that publishes more than 70,000 internship, work-study and job offers each year, including 4,700 exclusive offers. Once you are in the workforce, continue to benefit from these professional opportunities and share your own.
    Because sharing and mutual aid are strong values within the community, a mentoring programme allows each newcomer to be accompanied by a student from the School for a period of 6 months.
