EM Normandie moves up three places in Le Point's 2026 business school rankings

Rankings

In the 2026 edition of Le Point magazine's ranking of business schools, EM Normandie's Master in Management (PGE) was ranked 17th out of 37 programmes evaluated.

Based on analysis of around fifty criteria, Le Point magazine ranks 37 Grande Ecole programmes offering a Master's degree, open to students who have completed their baccalaureate and/or preparatory classes. These programmes were assessed on six criteria: academic recognition, teaching methods, career preparation, selectivity, international outlook and research.

17e au classement Le Point

Ranked 17th overall, EM Normandie has moved up three places since 2025. It stands out in particular in the ‘research’ and ‘international’ criteria, ranking 15th and 17th respectively. For research, the number of academic articles published in journals listed by FNEGE and AJG is taken into account, as well as the number of stars. For international, multicultural exposure, the proportion of expatriates among graduates, the duration of students' expatriation and the number of partner universities are among the ranking criteria.

Work-study programmes: the end of the golden age

In an article dedicated to work-study programmes, Albane, a student at EM Normandie, looks back on how she organised her approach to finding a contract: "I applied for around twenty jobs a day and, most importantly, I wrote everything down. I used an Excel spreadsheet to keep track of who I had contacted, what responses I was waiting for, and who I needed to follow up with or not.‘ Anne-Sophie COURTIER, Managing Director of EM Normandie, adds that ’Students who find jobs quickly are those who have a well-defined career plan that is in line with their specialisation and interests."

When it comes to job interviews, communication skills are also essential, as emphasised by Michael, a student at EM Normandie who found a work-study programme at AIR FRANCE: ‘Have a good story to tell.’
