The Oxmore Shire (TOS) aims to promote music within EM Normandie, to discover new sounds and to offer the possibility to perform to different artists (DJ, young talents, ...).

Presentation

The members of TOS have the mission of organizing numerous musical events in varied and innovative formats in order to encourage exchanges and to develop the creativity of everyone (use of different media such as photography, video, etc.).

The negotiation of preferential rates for the holding of these musical events and the search for partnerships are also part of our missions.
