EM Roads Institute
EM Roads, the Institute for Skills and Career Pathways at EM Normandie, is a research centre dedicated to studying changes in employment, skills and careers. The institute produces original research to inform the decisions of businesses, institutions and individuals. Its analyses also serve as a vital resource for the school’s skills-based teaching approach, a key distinguishing feature of the institution.

The AGORA Institute analyses how politics affects the business world more and more, and how polarisation is driving organisations to act – or to be perceived as acting – on the public stage; it also examines political and moral conflicts without taking sides, guided by intellectual independence.

IPER : Port Institute
Based in Le Havre, France’s leading port for foreign trade, the Port Institute for Education and Research is recognised worldwide as an expert in the field of maritime and port vocational training. As part of EM Normandie since 2006, its courses are structured around three main areas: port works, management, and port operations.
