Career paths: 2-year (BTS) and 3-year (Bac+3) work-study programmes
The 2-year and 3-year work-study programmes are a means of social opening, professionalisation and integration, enabling young people in initial training to enter a profession at the end of the course and professionals in continuing education to make a professional transition.
EM Normandie Compétences has formed partnerships with establishments in order to deliver RNCP level 5 certifications for 2-year courses level 6 for 3-year courses.
These work-study programmes allow a total exemption from tuition fees and ensure immediate employability after graduation. Personalised support is offered throughout the course, particularly when looking for a host company.
Skills paths
These 5 to 20-day training courses, both inter- and intra-company, aim to acquire or strengthen skills to enable professionals to progress in their careers or maintain their jobs.
Eligible for the CPF financing (Compte Personnel de Formation), these programmes are based on blocks of skills that can be capitalised on, and can be accessed via e-learning or in person.
