The School offers you the opportunity to work in an international environment on its 7 campuses in France, the USA, Ireland and the UK. Multicultural, with many nationalities represented, they are places of work and exchange where more than 410 employees, including 115 permanent professors, work side by side, all men and women with varied personalities, backgrounds and expertise.

Before you arrive at the School, you will be in contact with your HR contact to prepare your induction file. On the day, you will be welcomed by your manager, who will take you on a tour of your home campus and introduce you to your team before you take up your duties.

Continuing education

EM Normandie is committed to developing the skills of its employees. To this end, the HR department draws up an annual skills development plan based on the specific needs identified for its employees in relation to the school's strategic projects and their requests expressed during annual appraisal interviews.

Within the framework of the law "For the freedom to choose your professional future", EM Normandie publishes its 2023 gender equality index which is the result of a calculation on the following 5 indicators:

  • Difference in the distribution of individual salary increases
  • Difference in the distribution of promotions
  • Number of employees salary increase upon their return from maternity leave
  • Number of under-represented gender in the top 10 highest earnings

On a maximum scale of 100 points, EM Normandie obtains the score of 91/100, already placing it above the objectives set at 3 years by the French Ministry of Labour.
