Practical information
Programme Format
Our programmes, unless otherwise mentioned, take place at IPER in Le Havre on the following schedule: from 9am to 12.30 pm and 2 pm to 5.30pm, from Monday to Friday. Programmes end on Friday lunchtime.
Accommodation and Catering in Le Havre
IPER has negotiated rates with local hotels. Please don’t hesitate to contact IPER for more information.
A wide range of restaurants/snacks/brasseries are near to IPER’s city centre location.
To get to the Railway Station or get around town, use the City Transport network: buses and trams operate from 4.30am to half-past midnight.

The registration fees are to be paid online after validation of your registration for IPER teams.
Cancellation conditions
All cancellations must be made in writing at least 30 days before the start of the session. After this period, 50% of the registration fee will be retained by IPER. Furthermore, no reimbursement will be made in case of absence or cancellation received after the opening of the session.
