Houanti L’hocine is Associate Professor of Economics, CSR and Sustainable Development. He joined EM Normandie in 2020. He has a PhD in economics from the l'Université de Perpignan Via Domitia, awarded in 2011. His thesis is on economic development in Algeria through the tourism industry. His research interests are responsible governance: boards of directors, gender diversity within the board of directors, ownership structure or R&D, CSR, developing countries. His articles are related to gender diversity concepts, CSR, company performance. He has developed and managed corporate chairs and coordinates E5T meetings on energy transition.
