Muriel Durand is an Associate Professor of Cross-Cultural Management. She joined EM Normandie in 2019. She has a PhD in management science, International Business & Social Sciences from Aarhus University, Denmark, awarded in 2018. Her thesis is on intercultural management in the case of international mergers & acquisitions. Her research interest is the effects of the perception of cultural differences on managerial attitudes in international mergers & acquisition processes.
