Solène Juteau is an assistant professor in new technology strategy and she joined the EM Normandie in 2021. She holds a PhD in management (Nantes, 2019), an HEC master's degree (2004), and a CEMS master's degree from WU in Vienna (2004). Her research, increasingly focused on societal impact, covers digital transformation, platform ecosystems, and sustainable and inclusive innovation. She has lived on three continents for seven years. She has over ten years of experience in telecoms and new technologies (start-up and Orange in France and the US) in customer project management and strategy. Author of several ranked research articles and case studies, she has directed the M2 Digital Entrepreneurship program (2021-2023) and teaches at all levels, including executive education, on digital strategy and entrepreneurship. Her work promotes ethics, accessibility, and sustainability in the context of digital transformation. She was a visiting Professor at VSE in Prague in 2025.
