Presentation

Solène Juteau is a professor of strategy who joined EM Normandie in 2021. She holds a PhD in management from the University of Nantes obtained in 2019. Her dissertation analyzes innovation adoption, organizational transformation, and the paradoxes underlying digital transformation by taking the case of an archiving service organization. Her research focuses on neoinstitutional dynamics and transformation trajectories, mainly in the archiving and tourism industries. Prior to that, she worked for more than ten years in a very large telecom company, in business intelligence, project management and strategy positions.
