Tony Vassoigne is an Assistant Professor of Marketing. He joined EM Normandie in 2006. He has a PhD in management science from the Université de Caen-Normandie, awarded in 2013. His thesis is on the relationships between internal marketing components and organisational involvement applied to advisers and clients in French call centres. His research interests are internal marketing, consumer behaviour and social identity.
