Yonathan Silvain Roten is a professor of Marketing. He joined EM Normandie in 2021. He has a PhD in Management Sciences from the Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne University awarded in 2019. His thesis focuses on phygital interactions with a specialized emphasis on screen-sharing dynamics in shopping and service processes. His broader research explores transformative phygital services and the impact of artificial intelligence on consumer choice. His work is published in peer-reviewed journals evaluated under rigorous academic rankings (ABS, CNRS, FNEGE), including the Journal of Marketing Management, Journal of Services Marketing, Revue française de gestion, and Décisions Marketing. He also serves on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Strategic Marketing.
