Job Export Booster: student cross-cultural awareness to serve the development of organisations
To support the international development of organisations in our territory by capitalising on the cross-cultural awareness of EM Normandie's M2/MSc Cross Cultural Marketing & Negotiation students, such was the set purpose of a new Job Export Booster event organised here from 16 to 20th January.
The point was to help VSME entrepreneurs to build their export strategies and to draw up an action plan over the course of a week, supported by teams of French and international students comprising one native from the targeted areas minimum.
Mastering cultural codes and marketing know-how are the added value contributed by students who, in turn, were able to compare their theoretical knowledge with field realities, to extend their professional networks and to be identified for a future internship or employment.
