Talent: EM Normandie recruits 15 new teacher-researchers and appoints 3 Directors of department
Research and Faculty
This year, 15 teacher-researchers have joined EM Normandie’s teaching staff team. With 29 different nationalities, the Faculty, under new management led by Sylvaine Castellano, attracts the best talent. Staff are drawn to its academic excellence, the EM Normandie spirit, an educational model based on Edtech to enrich the student experience, an educational innovation centre and the support provided for teachers. In keeping with the school's "School for Life, School for Good, School for All" philosophy, everyone shares the ambition of leading the School to become the best French higher education teaching and research institution in the world.
To strengthen the specialisms and research areas that give EMN its enviable reputation, Sylvaine Castellano, who holds a doctorate in management science from the University of Luxembourg, Professor of strategy, Director of research since 2020, has been appointed Dean of Faculty.
She is supported by Virginie Hachard, who has a doctorate in management science from the University of Caen-Normandy, Associate Professor of finance and accounting, and is now Deputy Dean of Faculty and Director of Educational Projects. She establishes and implements EM Normandie's strategy in terms of changing pedagogical models.
Together, they have restructured the school's five departments: Economy, regions & sustainable development / Marketing / HR & organisation / strategy & entrepreneurship / Supply Chain Management & digital.
Amandine Laré holds a doctorate in economics from the University of Rouen-Normandie. An Associate Professor of social and solidarity-based economy, she has become head of the Department of Economy, Regions & Sustainable Development, which welcomes new recruits Lucas Durand, Noukignon Kone-Silue and Marine Bastiège.
Lucas Durand, doctorate in geography from Grenoble Alpes University,
Assistant Professor of regional development and Academic Director of the M2/MS Regional Development Str@tegies.
Noukignon Kone-Silue, holds a doctorate in Economics from the University of Rouen-Normandy, and is Assistant Professor of economics.
Marine Bastiège, doctorate in management science, University of La Rochelle,
Assistant Professor of accounting and public management.
Julian Hoffmann, PhD in Management, University of Cologne, Germany,
Associate Professor of Marketing, he is the new head of the Marketing Department.
Diana Santistevan, doctorate in management science from the University of Paris-Dauphine-PSL,
Associate Professor of intercultural management and organisational behaviour, she has been appointed Head of the HR & Organisation Department.
Mario Mendoza, doctorate in management science from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne,
Doctorate in strategic management, Ecricome/ NEOMA Business School,

Vincent Dutot, HDR, IAE Poitiers, Doctorate in Business Administration, Laval University, Canada,
Professor of Information Systems Management and Digital Marketing
Academic Director of M2 Digital Strategy and Innovation.
Jacob Puchinger, Doctorate in computer science, TU Wien, Austria,
Professor of Supply Chain Management and Logistics.
Mohammadali Vosooghidizaji, PhD in Management Sciences, University of Le Havre- Normandy,
Associate Professor of Supply Chain Management.

Meena Jafferali Global Master of Business Administration, University of London South Bank, UK, Assistant Professor of Finance and Academic Director of M2 Fintech and M1 Global Track on the Master’s in Management (Programme Grande Ecole).
Yasmine Essafi Zouari PhD in Finance - University of Paris Dauphine,
Assistant Professor of finance.
Irina Cirovic, LLCE (languages, literature, foreign and regional civilisations) Master’s with English - University of Le Havre-Normandy, DEA (advanced Master’s degree) in Germanic languages (doctorate level) - University of Vladivostok (Russia),
Professor of English and FFL, was appointed head of the Department of Languages.
Isabelle Malevaut has also joined EM Normandie as Curriculum Officer and CIR (research tax credit) Project Manager. She manages and coordinates processes related to the school’s course curriculums with the faculty, in accordance with internal and external requirements.
