Cameroonian student - Le Havre
Why did you choose EM Normandie?
I chose EM Normandie because, for me, it was the best choice for continuing my education at Masters level. Especially as I chose a Master's in International Management.
The school is in the Top 10 of certain rankings of schools awarding Master's degrees.
So I jumped at the chance.
Which programme did you choose?
I opted for the Grande École Programme with the Master 1 in International Management.
What job would you like to do in the future?
I'd like to become an events manager.
Luckily, the School offers this specialisation in events as part of the Master 2 on the Paris campus.
I've looked at the programme for this specialisation and I find it interesting. We are offered several seminars during the year.
What do you think of Le Havre?
When I arrived, I looked at the different schools in France.
I found that Le Havre is a very beautiful, calm and relaxed town.
For someone like me who doesn't like to move around too much, Le Havre is the ideal location. Even so, I've already spotted a few bars and nightclubs. I've already visited a few, especially during the back-to-school seminars.
Would you recommend EM Normandie to other students?
Yes, I would. I'm already doing that.
I'm encouraging some of my Cameroonian friends to come and embark on the EM Normandie adventure with me.
I've found that since I arrived here, everything has been done to make me feel at ease. I also appreciate the quality of the training.
We have professors and lecturers who are professionals and who work in companies. I find that quite enriching because you can see that they really love what they do. Passing on knowledge to students becomes a little easier in that case.
