Undertaking the process of validation of prior learning has enabled me to clearly identify the skills I have used over the course of my professional development, and to have a clear and structured vision of them. The analysis of my past experiences and the hindsight required to evaluate them required time to question myself, but this makes it possible to make a better projection into the future. Defending my project before a jury was a fearful experience, but the kindness of the members made it a time of exchange between peers that brought me a lot.
The VAE is a demanding process if it is to be successful, but the effort made is equal to the value of the valideated diploma. EM Normandie has a strong reputation, and it is an asset for my profile to be able to graduate from it!
