EM Normandie Business School consolidates its position in the top 20 business schools by moving up one place in the 2024 ranking published by Le Point newspaper
Rankings
On 15 February 2024, Le Point unveiled the latest edition of its ranking of top business schools, in which EM Normandie's Master in Management was ranked 18th out of 37 Master's degree programmes.
Le Point takes a close look at the performance of 37 French Non-French high school degrees and post-prepa courses offering a 5-year Master's degree, based on six key criteria: teaching methods, international scope, professionalisation, selectivity, research and academic recognition. EM Normandie Business School has moved up one place in the overall ranking, to 18th position.
Two new rankings
Two new rankings, each including 10 schools, complete Le Point's dossier: the first on social diversity and the second on ecological transition, in which EM Normandie Business School comes 8th, just behind Iéseg and Essec. This mini ranking highlights the schools with the most successful ecological transition initiatives. It is based on the SD-CSR label, research output in this area and SD representation on the Executive Committee. Bonus points are awarded to schools that set up the Climate Fresco.
Business schools reinvent themselves in the face of a rapidly changing market
To cope with the fall in the number of students taking preparatory courses, business schools are diversifying their range of training programme courses (3-year Bachelor's degrees, 4-year BBAs, 5-year PGEs, etc.) and access routes. Preparatory courses are becoming "one admission route among others". Elian Pilvin, Managing Director of EM Normandie Business School, stresses that "this diversity is a source of wealth" and that the schools must then "pull these profiles upwards".
