What are EM Normandie's integration statistics?
Integration: a priority for Business Schools
Every year the member schools of the Conférence des Grandes Écoles (CGE) are required to publish the results of their professional integration surveys which assess the opportunities offered by their courses - the level of student satisfaction - their level of pay - their level of responsibility - their sector of activity - etc.
The rate of EM Normandie graduates satisfied with their first job regularly exceeds 90%.
The time taken to find a first job is generally short and the net employment rate high.
Another interesting point is that around 1 in 2 graduates regularly find their first job through the School - thanks to vacancies shared by the network - work-study schemes and recruitment events.
Programmes designed for employability
Each programme is designed to meet the needs of recruiters and enable students to find the job that's right for them.
What's more: the wide range of work experience (internships - assignments - challenges - case studies - sandwich courses - etc.) means that students are constantly immersed in the business world - which makes it much easier for them to find a job at the end of the course.
