Human resources manager

HR managers play a key role in developing and implementing their company's HR strategy. They are responsible for managing staff and developing HR policies in compliance with employment law.
Working closely with management, they help to align the company's objectives with the needs and well-being of its employees.

Recruitment officer

The role of the recruitment officer is to attract and select new talent for their company, or for their clients if they work for a recruitment agency. They work with the various departments to identify their recruitment needs and implement actions to recruit qualified candidates.

Their main responsibilities include:

  • Writing and distributing job offers in collaboration with the various departments.
  • Welcoming candidates and conducting interviews.
  • Selecting new recruits and monitoring their integration into the company.
  • Promote the employer brand on social networks and other platforms to attract new talent.

Training Manager

The training manager is responsible for designing and implementing training programmes designed to optimise employee skills and performance. They play a key role in professional development and ongoing training within their company.

Head of social relations

The social relations manager is responsible for maintaining a calm social climate within the company. He or she acts as a mediator between management and employees, ensuring that social dialogue is both constructive and balanced. Working closely with HR and management, he or she ensures that the company's objectives are aligned with employees' expectations. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with staff representatives to negotiate collective agreements and resolve social issues.
  • Preparing and taking part in meetings with social and economic committees (CSE), ensuring that information is properly circulated.

The HR transformation consultant is a key expert in managing change within companies. They advise companies on the selection, implementation and optimisation of software solutions tailored to their specific needs.
