Since January 2020, 32 professor-researchers have joined the EM Normandie teaching staff

With around a hundred permanent teachers of 29 nationalities, the Faculty can boast that it attracts the top talent, won over by the EM Normandie spirit, the Ed Techs, its mission (informing those who are committed to tackling the challenges facing humanity, and inspiring and training the generations of yesterday and today to become the stakeholders in a sustainable world), and its philosophy of ‘School for Life, School for Good’.

They are all committed to supporting the School’s ambition to become the first world-class French postgraduate higher education and research institution. If it maintains this pace and this quality of recruitment, the Business School should meet its objective of 200 permanent teachers by 2030, at a rate of 15 recruitments per year.
