M2 Human Resources Manager
Prepare yourself for the role of human resources manager. Define and implement the HR policy, i.e. the management and human resources management policy (recruitment, remuneration policy, mobility, career management, training policy, etc.) of your organisation, taking into consideration the needs and expectations of employees.
Learn how to steer the HR action in your company in order to optimise its functioning, to identify the necessary conditions and implement real management of skills, both individual and collective. Develop your soft skills and understand the human being with its individual specificities. During the course of this professionalising programme, carry out two assignments selected by EM Normandie (HR start-ups and large HR groups), interviews with professionals and a final internship.

M2 / MS Territorial Strategies and Management of Transitions
By joining this course, learn to build, adapt and manage a territorial project. Master the tools and codes of regional planning policies and support the leaders of regional projects.
This work-study programme prepares territorial development experts to work for companies and territorial players. In addition to a complete immersion in companies, this course is marked out by professional experiences: three residential seminars in Brussels, Oxford and Southampton, surveys and treatment of surveys, a seminar of territorial intelligence and an internship at the end of studies.
